Important: These Terms govern your use of Stryx. Please read them carefully. Stryx provides software for interacting with blockchain networks, digital assets, NFTs, wallets, and third-party services. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. You are responsible for reviewing transactions, wallet addresses, recipients, assets, amounts, and other transaction details before authorizing or scheduling them.
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Stryx governing your access to and use of Stryx.
"Stryx" includes the Stryx website, dashboard, applications, APIs, software, wallet functionality, transaction tools, automation features, Disperse functionality, NFT tools, documentation, and related services that we make available from time to time (collectively, the "Service").
You agree to these Terms when you:
- create an account;
- accept these Terms through a checkbox or other acceptance mechanism;
- connect a wallet;
- create or import a Stryx wallet; or
- access or use the Service after being presented with these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You may use Stryx only if:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- your use of Stryx is lawful where you live and where you access the Service;
- you are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable sanctions or other applicable laws;
- you are not using Stryx on behalf of another person unless you are authorized to do so; and
- you comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
Stryx may restrict access to particular countries, territories, persons, wallets, assets, transactions, or features where we reasonably believe that doing so is necessary for legal, regulatory, security, or operational reasons.
Stryx may require additional information or verification before permitting access to certain features.
3. Invite-Only Access
Stryx may operate on an invite-only or access-code basis.
Where an access code is required:
- access codes are personal to the recipient;
- you must not sell, transfer, publish, distribute, or publicly disclose an access code;
- you must not use an access code obtained through fraud, unauthorized access, or another violation of these Terms; and
- Stryx may deactivate an access code at any time.
Possession of an access code does not guarantee continued access to Stryx.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for activity carried out through your Stryx account, subject to applicable law and the provisions of these Terms concerning unauthorized access and security incidents.
You must:
- provide accurate information where Stryx requests it;
- keep your login credentials and authentication methods secure;
- use only your own account unless you are expressly authorized to act for another person;
- promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised; and
- not allow another person to access or use your account except where expressly permitted by the Service.
You must not:
- share your account credentials;
- impersonate another person;
- create accounts for fraudulent purposes;
- circumvent account restrictions;
- use another person's account without authorization; or
- use Stryx to facilitate unauthorized access to another person's wallet or assets.
Stryx may require you to complete additional security or verification steps where reasonably necessary to protect your account, assets, Stryx, or other users.
5. What Stryx Does
Stryx is software that allows users to interact with blockchain networks and related services.
Depending on the features available to you, Stryx may allow you to:
- view upcoming and recent NFT drops;
- obtain information relating to NFT collections and mint opportunities;
- prepare and submit NFT mint transactions;
- schedule certain transactions;
- interact with blockchain smart contracts;
- connect external wallets;
- create and manage Stryx wallets;
- import wallets into Stryx;
- sign and submit blockchain transactions using Stryx wallets;
- transfer digital assets;
- distribute assets to multiple addresses through Disperse or similar batch functionality;
- move NFTs between wallets;
- view transaction and mint history; and
- generate records or proof-of-mint information.
Stryx is an execution and automation tool. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Stryx does not provide investment, financial, tax, legal, accounting, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for deciding whether to acquire, mint, transfer, hold, sell, or otherwise interact with any digital asset.
6. No Investment Advice or Recommendation
Nothing on Stryx constitutes:
- investment advice;
- financial advice;
- trading advice;
- legal advice;
- tax advice;
- a recommendation to purchase or mint an NFT or token;
- an offer to buy or sell securities or digital assets; or
- a guarantee that any digital asset will increase in value.
Information displayed by Stryx may be obtained from third-party sources, blockchain networks, smart contracts, marketplaces, APIs, or other external systems and may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable.
You must independently evaluate any transaction before authorizing it.
7. Wallets
Stryx may support two general categories of wallets:
7.1 Connected wallets
A connected wallet is a wallet controlled through an external wallet provider, browser extension, mobile wallet, hardware wallet, or other third-party wallet system.
When you use a connected wallet:
- the private key remains with the wallet provider or under your control;
- Stryx does not receive or store your private key; and
- blockchain transactions generally require authorization through your wallet provider.
Stryx does not control the security, availability, or functionality of third-party wallet providers.
7.2 Stryx wallets
A Stryx wallet is a blockchain wallet created or imported through Stryx for use with the Service.
Stryx holds the private key of a Stryx wallet in encrypted form, so that it can sign and submit the transactions you instruct or schedule through the Service, including while you are offline. Stryx does not use the keys or the assets of Stryx wallets for its own purposes.
The existence of a Stryx wallet does not mean that Stryx owns the assets held at its blockchain address. Digital assets remain recorded on the relevant blockchain. Assets in a wallet are not deposits, are not insured by any government or deposit-protection scheme, and are not lent, pledged, or invested by Stryx.
You acknowledge that, because control of a blockchain wallet depends on control of its private key, anyone who gains access to the key may be able to move the assets, and that no security measure is perfect (see section 29).
8. Private Keys
Private keys are highly sensitive credentials.
You acknowledge that:
- anyone who obtains a private key may potentially control the corresponding blockchain assets;
- blockchain networks generally cannot reverse unauthorized transfers;
- Stryx cannot recover assets that have been irreversibly transferred on a blockchain;
- losing a private key may permanently prevent access to assets;
- Stryx does not guarantee that a private key can always be recovered;
- you are responsible for keeping exported private keys or recovery information secure; and
- you must not disclose private keys to anyone who is not authorized to possess them.
Stryx will never ask you for your private key or recovery phrase, through customer support or otherwise. Anyone who does is not acting for Stryx.
9. Imported Wallets
If you import a wallet into Stryx, you represent that:
- you own or are authorized to control the wallet;
- you are authorized to provide the private key to Stryx for the purpose of using the Service; and
- importing the wallet does not violate any law, agreement, or third-party right.
If you later delete an imported wallet from Stryx, blockchain assets associated with that wallet remain on the blockchain.
Deleting a wallet from Stryx does not delete the blockchain address or destroy the assets held by that address.
You are responsible for maintaining another secure copy of the relevant private key if you want continued access after removing the wallet from Stryx.
10. Connected Wallet Security
Stryx does not control third-party connected wallets.
You are responsible for:
- your wallet provider;
- your recovery phrase;
- your hardware device;
- your browser extensions;
- your device security; and
- transactions you authorize through the connected wallet.
Stryx is not responsible for losses caused solely by compromise of a third-party wallet, device, recovery phrase, private key, browser extension, or wallet provider, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Transaction Authorization
Stryx may allow you to prepare, authorize, schedule, sign, or submit blockchain transactions.
Before authorizing or scheduling a transaction, you are responsible for reviewing, where applicable:
- the blockchain network;
- the destination address;
- the token or NFT;
- the amount;
- transaction parameters;
- contract address;
- mint price;
- gas settings;
- recipient addresses;
- wallet selection;
- transaction timing; and
- any other information presented by Stryx.
Once a transaction has been submitted to a blockchain network, Stryx may be unable to cancel, reverse, modify, or recover it.
A transaction submitted through Stryx may fail, revert, remain pending, be replaced, or be confirmed later than expected.
Where Stryx simulates a transaction before sending it, the simulation is an estimate of what is likely to happen. A transaction that simulates successfully can still fail, revert, or behave differently when it is actually included in a block.
12. Scheduled Transactions
Stryx may allow you to schedule certain blockchain transactions.
A scheduled transaction is an instruction you provide to Stryx to attempt to execute a transaction at or around a specified time or when specified conditions are met.
Scheduling a transaction does not guarantee that:
- the transaction will be executed;
- the transaction will be executed at the exact requested time;
- the transaction will be accepted by the blockchain;
- the transaction will succeed;
- the mint will remain available;
- the asset will remain available;
- the mint price will remain unchanged;
- the smart contract will remain unchanged;
- the network will remain operational; or
- the transaction will produce the result you expected.
You acknowledge that conditions may change between the time a transaction is scheduled and the time it is submitted.
Stryx may cancel, delay, or refuse a scheduled transaction where reasonably necessary for security, legal, compliance, technical, or operational reasons.
13. NFT Minting and Automation
Stryx may provide tools that automate or assist with NFT minting.
You acknowledge that:
- collections may impose minting restrictions;
- marketplaces may prohibit automated activity;
- smart contracts may impose per-wallet or per-transaction limits;
- allowlists may change;
- mint phases may open or close;
- supplies may sell out;
- mint prices may change;
- smart contracts may contain bugs;
- networks may become congested; and
- third parties may compete for the same mint.
You are responsible for determining whether your intended use of Stryx complies with the rules of the relevant collection, marketplace, website, smart contract, and applicable law.
Stryx is independent of, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for, any collection, creator, marketplace, or other third party whose drops you choose to interact with.
Stryx does not guarantee that an automated or assisted mint will succeed.
Stryx may restrict or disable automation for particular collections, contracts, websites, wallets, networks, or transaction types where we reasonably believe that doing so is necessary for security, legal, compliance, or operational reasons.
14. Disperse and Batch Transactions
Stryx may provide functionality allowing you to distribute tokens or other assets to multiple blockchain addresses through one or more transactions.
For Disperse transactions:
- you are responsible for all recipient addresses and amounts you provide;
- incorrect addresses may result in permanent loss;
- duplicate addresses may produce unintended results;
- batch transactions may consume substantial gas;
- a batch transaction may fail or revert;
- gas may still be consumed by a failed transaction;
- transaction limits may vary by blockchain;
- Stryx does not guarantee that a specified number of recipients can be processed in a single transaction; and
- Stryx does not guarantee that a batch transaction will be accepted or confirmed.
Where Stryx uses a smart contract to execute batch transfers, you acknowledge that the transaction involves interaction with smart-contract code and is subject to the risks described in these Terms.
15. Transaction Fees and Gas
Blockchain networks generally require transaction fees, commonly referred to as "gas."
You are responsible for applicable:
- network fees;
- gas fees;
- mint prices;
- smart-contract fees;
- marketplace fees; and
- other blockchain transaction costs.
Gas estimates displayed by Stryx are estimates only.
Actual transaction costs may differ from estimates.
You may incur network fees even if:
- a transaction fails;
- a transaction reverts;
- a transaction is not included in a block;
- a mint sells out;
- an allowlist condition changes;
- a smart contract rejects the transaction; or
- the transaction does not produce the intended result.
Except where required by applicable law, Stryx does not refund blockchain network fees or third-party transaction costs.
16. Transaction Limits and Safety Controls
Stryx may apply controls designed to help protect users and the Service, such as:
- daily spending limits;
- wallet-level limits;
- account-level limits;
- rate limits;
- transaction simulations;
- emergency stops; and
- other security controls.
We may change these controls at any time where reasonably necessary for security, legal, compliance, or operational reasons.
These controls are provided on a best-effort basis. They are not a guarantee, and they can fail or be set at a level that does not suit your circumstances. Stryx does not review or approve the transactions you instruct, and is not obliged to monitor them. A transaction that a control does not stop has not been reviewed, approved, or endorsed by Stryx.
Without being obliged to, Stryx may refuse, delay, cancel, or prevent a transaction where we reasonably believe it:
- is unsafe;
- is unlawful;
- may expose Stryx or another person to significant risk;
- violates these Terms;
- involves a compromised account or wallet; or
- conflicts with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
17. Unauthorized Transactions and Security Incidents
You must notify Stryx promptly if you believe:
- your account has been compromised;
- someone has accessed your account without permission;
- a Stryx wallet may have been compromised;
- an unauthorized transaction has been initiated;
- your authentication credentials have been stolen; or
- another security incident has occurred.
You should also take immediate steps to protect your assets, including moving assets to a secure wallet where appropriate.
Stryx may suspend transactions, disable features, or restrict an account while investigating a suspected security incident.
Because blockchain transactions are generally irreversible, notifying Stryx after an unauthorized transaction has been confirmed may not allow the transaction to be reversed or the assets recovered.
18. Blockchain and Smart-Contract Risks
Blockchain systems involve significant technical and financial risks.
You acknowledge that:
- blockchain transactions are generally irreversible;
- smart contracts may contain vulnerabilities;
- smart contracts may behave unexpectedly;
- blockchain networks may become congested;
- blockchain networks may experience outages or reorganizations;
- transactions may remain pending;
- transactions may fail or revert;
- blockchain protocols may change;
- forks or network upgrades may occur;
- RPC providers may fail or return inaccurate or delayed information;
- transaction ordering may affect outcomes;
- third parties may front-run or otherwise interact with transactions;
- digital assets may lose some or all of their value; and
- NFTs or tokens may become inaccessible, worthless, illiquid, or unsupported.
You use blockchain networks and digital assets at your own risk.
19. Third-Party Services
Stryx may depend on third-party services, including:
- blockchain networks;
- RPC providers;
- wallet providers;
- WalletConnect or similar infrastructure;
- NFT marketplaces;
- OpenSea or other data providers;
- smart contracts;
- cloud infrastructure;
- analytics providers;
- authentication providers; and
- other infrastructure providers.
These services are outside Stryx's control.
We do not guarantee that any third-party service will:
- remain available;
- remain compatible with Stryx;
- remain free;
- maintain its current rules;
- provide accurate information;
- process transactions;
- maintain APIs;
- maintain particular fees; or
- continue operating.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
20. Information Displayed by Stryx
Information displayed by Stryx may include information obtained from blockchain networks and third-party sources.
This may include:
- NFT prices;
- mint prices;
- collection supply;
- mint phases;
- allowlist information;
- eligibility information;
- wallet balances;
- transaction status;
- gas estimates;
- contract information; and
- NFT metadata.
Such information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or changed without notice.
You should independently verify material transaction information before authorizing a transaction.
21. Digital Asset Risks
Digital assets and NFTs are highly speculative and may involve substantial risk.
You acknowledge that:
- digital assets may lose all or substantially all of their value;
- prices may change rapidly;
- liquidity may disappear;
- NFTs may become impossible to sell;
- smart contracts may fail;
- projects may disappear or cease operating;
- creators may change project terms;
- marketplaces may suspend collections;
- tokens may be frozen or restricted by their underlying contracts; and
- applicable laws and regulations may change.
Only use funds that you can afford to lose.
22. Acceptable Use
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
You must not use Stryx to:
- commit fraud;
- launder money;
- finance terrorism or other unlawful activity;
- evade sanctions;
- facilitate unlawful transactions;
- steal or misappropriate assets;
- access another person's account or wallet without authorization;
- impersonate another person;
- distribute malware;
- phish for credentials or private keys;
- attack or overload Stryx;
- probe or exploit Stryx vulnerabilities without authorization;
- circumvent technical restrictions;
- bypass Stryx security controls;
- manipulate or interfere with blockchain infrastructure;
- exploit bugs in NFT minting systems for unauthorized gain;
- circumvent marketplace or collection restrictions;
- manipulate markets;
- interfere with another user's access to Stryx; or
- use Stryx in a manner that violates these Terms.
You must not use Stryx to automate activity that you know or reasonably should know is prohibited by the relevant marketplace, collection, smart contract, website, or applicable law.
23. Intellectual Property
Stryx and its licensors own or control all rights in and to the Service, including, where applicable:
- software;
- source code;
- compiled code;
- user interfaces;
- designs;
- graphics;
- logos;
- trademarks;
- documentation;
- text;
- databases;
- proprietary technology; and
- other materials provided by Stryx.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Service.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Stryx intellectual property to you.
24. Limited License to Use Stryx
Subject to these Terms, Stryx grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.
This license ends when:
- your account is terminated;
- your access to Stryx is revoked; or
- you otherwise cease to be authorized to use the Service.
25. User Content and Feedback
You retain ownership of content you submit to Stryx to the extent you own such content.
You grant Stryx the limited rights reasonably necessary to store, process, display, transmit, and otherwise use that content to provide and improve the Service.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit such content.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding Stryx, you grant Stryx the right to use that feedback without compensation or obligation to you, to the extent permitted by law.
26. Fees
Stryx may currently provide some or all features free of charge.
We may introduce:
- subscriptions;
- transaction fees;
- premium features;
- usage-based fees; or
- other charges.
Before charging you for a paid feature, we will disclose the applicable price and material terms and obtain any consent required by law.
Blockchain network fees, mint prices, marketplace fees, and other third-party charges are separate from Stryx fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
27. Taxes
You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes arising from your use of Stryx or your transactions involving digital assets, including taxes relating to:
- purchases;
- sales;
- transfers;
- NFT activity;
- token activity;
- rewards;
- gains; or
- other taxable events.
Stryx does not provide tax advice.
28. Privacy and Personal Data
Stryx may collect and process information necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
Depending on your use of Stryx, this may include:
- account information;
- wallet addresses;
- transaction history;
- mint history;
- X or Discord handles;
- email addresses (including an address you give us to join a waitlist);
- IP addresses;
- device or security information;
- account activity;
- security logs;
- support communications; and
- other information described in our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, secure, and otherwise process personal information and describes applicable rights.
The Privacy Policy is available at:
[PRIVACY POLICY LINK]
Blockchain data may remain publicly available on the relevant blockchain and may not be capable of being deleted or modified by Stryx.
29. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect the Service and information processed through it.
However, no system is completely secure.
You acknowledge that:
- internet communications may be intercepted;
- devices may be compromised;
- software may contain vulnerabilities;
- third-party services may be compromised;
- blockchain networks may be attacked; and
- security controls cannot guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees that the Service or any wallet will be completely secure.
30. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Stryx where:
- you breach these Terms;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity;
- we reasonably believe your account or wallet presents a security risk;
- applicable law requires us to do so;
- a third-party service requires us to do so;
- continued access could expose Stryx or others to material risk; or
- we discontinue the relevant Service.
Where reasonably possible and legally permitted, we will provide notice explaining the reason for suspension or termination.
We may immediately restrict access where delay could create a security, legal, or financial risk.
31. What Happens to Your Assets When an Account Ends
Closing your Stryx account does not transfer ownership of assets held on a blockchain.
Before closing your account, you should:
- withdraw or transfer assets from Stryx wallets;
- export private keys where supported and appropriate;
- cancel scheduled transactions where possible; and
- ensure that you retain any credentials necessary to access your assets.
As a safeguard, the Service may refuse to delete a Stryx wallet, or ask you to confirm first, where deleting it could leave assets without a key. This is a convenience, not a guarantee: you remain responsible for moving assets out and for keeping any key you need.
Where Stryx is legally required to retain information, we may retain the relevant information for the required period.
32. Beta Service and Service Changes
Stryx may be offered as a private beta. A beta Service may be incomplete, may contain errors, may change or be withdrawn without notice, and may be unavailable at times. Data and settings may be lost or reset. Do not rely on the Service as your only means of carrying out a time-critical transaction.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict all or part of the Service at any time.
This may include:
- adding or removing supported blockchains;
- adding or removing supported tokens;
- changing supported wallet types;
- changing automation functionality;
- changing transaction limits;
- changing third-party integrations;
- changing pricing; or
- discontinuing features.
We will provide notice where required by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stryx's total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed:
[LIABILITY CAP — TO BE COMPLETED BY COUNSEL]
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
35. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stryx, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- your material breach of these Terms;
- your unlawful use of the Service;
- your misuse of Stryx;
- your violation of another person's rights;
- your unauthorized use of another person's wallet or account; or
- your violation of applicable law.
The indemnity does not apply to the extent that the claim resulted from Stryx's own conduct for which Stryx is legally responsible.
36. Force Majeure
Stryx will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including, where applicable:
- blockchain network failures;
- network congestion;
- internet failures;

37. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Each version will identify its effective date.
For material changes, we will provide notice and, where required by law, obtain your acceptance before requiring continued use of affected features.
If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the affected Service.
Your continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
38. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of:
[JURISDICTION — TO BE COMPLETED BY COUNSEL]
Subject to applicable mandatory consumer-protection laws, disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Stryx will be subject to:
[COURTS / ARBITRATION MECHANISM — TO BE COMPLETED BY COUNSEL]
Nothing in this section removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws applicable to you.
39. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
40. No Waiver
If Stryx does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.
41. Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Stryx may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
42. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with documents expressly incorporated into them, including the Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features, constitute the agreement between you and Stryx concerning your use of the Service.
They replace prior agreements concerning the same subject matter, except where otherwise stated.
